Sing with Lea Morris/ Workshop and Concert

WHERE: Annapolis Friends Meetinghouse, 351 Dubois Rd., Annapolis, MD 21401

WHEN: Wednesday, July 6, 7:00-9:00 pm

 Singer/songwriter Lea Morris makes a stop in Annapolis on her 2022 U.S. summer tour to teach her inspiring multi-layered songs especially written for group singing. She’ll weave in solo performances of songs from her stunning repertoire of originals, spirituals and classic covers. This is a rare opportunity to experience Lea’s artistry in a participatory singing event.

(Note: Masks are optional, singers mask will be for sale for $2, state of the art air filtration and windows and doors will be open!)

THURSDAYS – Rise and Sing Outdoors

WHERE:  Annapolis Maritime Museum & Education Center, 7300 Edgewood Rd., Annapolis, MD 21403

WHEN: Thursday, June 30, 11 am – 12 noon

Join us for an uplifting hour of singing in a beautiful, outdoor space by the water. Led by Elizabeth Melvin, we’ll sing a variety of easy, quick-learn chants, rounds, layer and harmony songs.

All voices welcome to drop-in to our relaxed, friendly gathering of singers. We ask for donations of $10-$20, to be placed in the collection basket.
