RISE AND SING!

 

A one-hour community sing led by Elizabeth Melvin with special guest song leaders each week. In these times of challenge we can still sing to lift our spirits!

Each week we bring in guest song leaders from all over the world to teach and inspire you with wonderful songs of hope, resilience and love.

Sophia is a singer, choir leader and music teacher based in London and Sussex, U.K. She has a unique and infectious style, bringing a sweet balance of humor and depth to her workshops. Her warm and playful nature creates a sense of ease and unity, enabling everyone to drop into a space that is both held and free. Sophia’s singing workshops are soul inspiring, heart warming and empowering, creating a sense of euphoria and connection for everyone involved. Her TED talk “Singing Ourselves Home” has been widely viewed around the world.
